Love Me, Love Me, Say That You Love Me
We love cardigans here at Satine. And who wouldn't, as far as function goes, they're the easiest clothing piece to wear; you can throw it on over a dress, jeans, for work, or even just laying around at home (the boyfriend's cardigan is especially nice here). Did you know the cardigan is named after the 7th Earl of Cardigan, James Brudenell? Some people get schools named after them, some get pieces of clothing.
There are tons of different types as well, button up, tie, zip up, completely open. They literally go with and complete any outfit. I've had a few friends all at different times go, "I feel so dressy. Is this too much?" My solution has always been "Throw on a cardigan." Or "I feel like I'm missing something." "Cardigan." Works every time.
Fortunately at Satine, and because it's Fall, we have plenty of cardigans to go around, and like the many outfits we wear day to day, they're all so different.
This one is ridiculously soft. You have to feel it to believe it.
The Comme Des Garcons cardigans are a classic. They make any outfit a "smarter" outfit. And who can resist that cute little heart.
The BEST big chunky blanket like cardigan ever. It's also a little asymmetrical, which adds so much. This one can take you through the winter as well, use it as a coat replacement.
Preppy Cardigans are a classic. And boyfriend cardigans are a favorite!
For a more high end, all around "outfit" cardigan, this one is fantastic. It's also in this seasons most beloved color.
This one is so much fun. Tsumori Chisato proves that cardigans can come in any size and shape. This cardigan has little velvet moons, stars, mushrooms and wolves on it.
